Lawn Care Crew Member Simply Green Iowa Fairfax, IA Job Details Full-time $17 - $19 an hour 22 hours ago Benefits Paid time off On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Outdoor work experience High school diploma or GED Driver's License Full Job Description Join the Simply Green Team - Full-Time Lawn Crew Member Overview As a Lawn Care Crew Member, you'll provide professional lawn mowing & maintenance services for both residential and commercial properties using commercial grade equipment (no push mowing).

What You'll Do:

Operate commercial grade lawn care equipment such as stand-on mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other professional equipment. Perform spring & fall lawn maintenance services such as aeration, seeding, & dethatching (experience not necessary, will train). Safely operate company truck with utility trailer (experience not necessary, will train). Assist with residential and commercial snow removal and winter property maintenance during the winter season, with increased hourly pay for snow removal events . Maintain equipment through routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Deliver quality work while providing excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For:

Valid Iowa driver's license. Must be insurable on company vehicle insurance (clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)/No SR22). Own transportation to and from shop. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding work. Availability M-F 6:30A-3P (start time may shift forward or back an hour based on seasonal conditions). Perks!
