We take pride in providing high-quality, reliable services to homebuilders and property developers, transforming properties with stunning, healthy lawns and beautiful landscapes. We are currently looking for a Landscape Production Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in landscape installation who is ready to take on a leadership role. If you are a hands-on problem solver with an eye for detail and a passion for landscaping, we want to hear from you! Position Overview The Landscape Laborer works as part of a professional installation crew responsible for constructing and enhancing outdoor spaces. This position assists with landscape installations, sod installation, grading, planting, hardscape construction, irrigation, and other landscape-related projects. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is willing to learn new skills while contributing to a team environment. Primary Responsibilities Assist with landscape installation projects. Install trees, shrubs, perennials, and other plant materials. Install sod and assist with grading and site preparation. Load, unload, and move landscape materials and equipment. Assist with retaining wall, paver patio, and hardscape installations. Operate hand tools and power equipment safely. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Follow company safety procedures and quality standards. Work effectively as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule. Represent the company professionally on customer properties. Qualifications Previous landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to follow directions and work well with a team. Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the company. Valid driver's license.
