Job Summary Stripez Site Management is looking for a hardworking, dependable team member to join our field operations. This is a unique hybrid position that combines commercial mowing and grounds maintenance with commercial landscape installation, providing variety throughout the work week and opportunities to learn new skills. Unlike seasonal positions that perform the same task every day, this role offers the opportunity to spend approximately 2 days per week maintaining commercial properties with our mowing crew and 2-3 days per week working alongside our landscape installation team on exciting commercial projects. What You'll Do Commercial Grounds Maintenance (Approximately 2 Days/Week) Mow commercial properties using professional equipment Trim, edge, and blow off sidewalks and parking lots Maintain a clean, professional appearance at every property Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance Work efficiently as part of a two- to three-person mowing crew Commercial Landscaping (Approximately 2-3 Days/Week) Install trees, shrubs, perennials, and sod Spread mulch, topsoil, and decorative rock Install paver patios, retaining walls, and landscape features Assist with grading, drainage, and site preparation Read and follow landscape plans under crew leader supervision Operate hand tools and landscaping equipment safely What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and positive attitude Dependable with excellent attendance Ability to work well as part of a team Willingness to learn new skills and take direction Preferred Qualifications Previous commercial mowing or landscaping experience Experience operating commercial zero-turn mowers Experience with landscape installation Experience pulling trailers or operating skid loaders (a plus, but not required) Why Work at Stripez? Pay:

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
