Overview Join our dynamic team as a Lawn Care Worker and bring outdoor spaces to life with your hands-on skills and passion for landscaping! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful lawns, gardens, and landscapes by performing a variety of tasks that enhance curb appeal and ensure healthy growth. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create inviting outdoor environments that clients will love. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in landscape maintenance while working outdoors in a fast-paced, rewarding setting. Responsibilities Mow lawns using various power tools and hand tools to achieve a clean, professional appearance. Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as trimming, edging, pruning, and weed control to keep outdoor areas pristine. Operate equipment including excavators, snow plows, and other machinery safely and efficiently. Assist with planting, gardening, and horticultural activities to promote healthy plant growth. Maintain irrigation systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper watering schedules for different landscapes. Conduct tree care activities like trimming and pruning to support tree health and safety. Support hardscape projects by preparing sites, installing features, and performing general construction tasks as needed. Requirements Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with landscaping equipment and hand tools. Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is highly preferred. Ability to operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and mowers safely. Knowledge of horticulture principles and landscape design is a plus. Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labor regularly. Basic understanding of irrigation systems, tree care techniques, and snow plowing operations is advantageous. Strong work ethic with attention to detail; willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping and maintenance tasks.
