Job Description

Custodian/Groundskeeper $18.75/hour Monday-Friday 6am-5pm A well established salvage yard in Spencer, IA is searching for a a Custodian/Groundskeeper to join their team! Must be self-motivated, responsible and willing to work safe and smart!

Responsibilities:

Clean offices Clean breakrooms and restrooms Tree Trimming Upkeep of ground in outdoor areas, including grass, trees, and shrubs. Clear walkways and parking lots of debris, snow, leaves, ext. with the use of skid loaders, forklifts, and general equipment. General maintenance Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Be reliable and take pride in their work. Have attention to detail Have the ability to work independently or with a team Ability to lift 60 lbs. Ability to stand on you feet up to 8 hours per day Have a valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to work outside in the elements
