About the Opportunity Ready to build a career where you actually own a piece of the company? At All American Turf Beauty—Iowa's Original Lawn Care Service—we have a rare opening in our Des Moines branch! We are looking for a driven, team-oriented individual to join us for engaging, year-round work. Whether you are a seasoned pro or looking for a fresh start (we love to train and promote from within!), this is your chance to grow with an industry leader. What You'll Do (Year-Round Variety!) Spring/Summer (Turf Specialist): Train with our expert team to provide premium lawn treatments, operate core aeration/seeding equipment, and help advise customers on best lawn care practices. Fall (Holiday Lighting): Step up to assist and ultimately lead a holiday lighting crew (must be comfortable climbing a ladder). Permanent Lighting, too! Winter (Snow Management): Keep our community moving by operating a snowblower and assisting with our residential winter snow accounts. What You Bring to the Team A fantastic attitude and willingness to learn the business ( No previous lawn care experience required! ). Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality. Availability for a reliable first-shift schedule, with rare Saturdays or on-call winter snow clearance. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a drug screening.
