Job Description
Crew Leader / Foreman - Landscape & Container Gardening 4 Seasons Garden Design | Idaho Falls, ID We are looking for an experienced Crew Leader to oversee landscape installation, garden maintenance, and seasonal container planting projects.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of leadership or crew management experience
- Landscape, gardening, or horticulture experience preferred
- Strong plant knowledge
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
Responsibilities:
- Lead and train crew members
- Manage daily job site operations
- Ensure quality workmanship and timely project completion
- Communicate with clients and management
- Assist with planting, pruning, watering, and maintenance
