We pay bi-weekly on Fridays and always on time.

Monday-Friday (some Saturdays may be required seasonally)

Residential & commercial properties We are looking for a Grounds Detail Technician who cares about the details — someone who shows up, takes ownership of their work, and represents our company well on every property they visit. This role is hands-on and client-facing, so professionalism and a strong work ethic matter just as much as experience. Responsibilities Remove weeds by hand across residential and commercial properties, maintaining clean and polished beds and borders Clear debris and clutter from grounds, keeping properties looking their best at all times Plant, water, deadhead, and maintain annual flower beds and seasonal color displays Monitor plant health and communicate any concerns to the crew lead Use a leaf blower as needed to keep hard surfaces and beds clean Conduct yourself professionally on every property — we work in neighborhoods and around clients daily Take pride in leaving each site noticeably better than you found it What We're Looking For A genuine eye for detail — you notice what others walk past Dependable, punctual, and takes direction well Professional appearance and respectful demeanor around clients and their properties Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred, but we'll train the right person Valid driver's license required Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Consistent hours with a stable, established company Be part of a team that takes pride in its work and its reputation
