We're currently seeking a motivated and reliable Groundsman to support our field operations. Responsibilities:

Assist tree climbers and crew leaders with rigging operations using ropes Operate and feed brush into a wood chipper safely and efficiently Drive company vehicles (must be able to operate manual transmission) Use and maintain chainsaws and other hand tools properly Tie and apply basic arborist knots used in tree care operations Maintain a clean and organized job site Work professionally and courteously with clients and team members Perform physically demanding labor in all weather conditions

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with ability to drive a manual transmission Experience operating a wood chipper Experience assisting with rigging and rope handling Proficient in chainsaw use and basic maintenance Familiarity with common industry knots (e.g., bowline, grunt knot, slip knot, etc) Ability to work safely and effectively in adverse weather conditions Strong work ethic and the ability to work as part of a close-knit team Positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred but not required: Previous experience with professional tree care or landscaping Desire to progress into climbing Why Work With Us?
