We're looking for dependable people who are comfortable working in excavation environments and around active utility crews. This is long-term heavy civil work focused on production, safety, and quality. This is not light residential construction. Our projects involve underground utilities, wastewater systems, excavation, shoring, and infrastructure installation. What You'll Be Doing Support underground utility installation crews Assist with trenching, pipe installation, bedding, and backfill Work around excavation equipment and active utility operations Help maintain safe and productive job sites Work in and around trench boxes, shoring systems, and excavations Support wastewater, water, sewer, and storm utility projects Preferred Experience Underground utilities Pipe installation Wastewater or lift station work Deep excavation Dewatering systems Trench boxes, slide rail, or hydraulic shoring HDPE, PVC, DI, or RCP pipe What We're Looking For Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Able to work outdoors in physical conditions Team-oriented mindset Safety-focused and willing to learn Heavy civil or utility experience preferred Position Details Full-time Meridian, ID In-person work Pay based on experience and capability Additional Info Steady pipeline of infrastructure projects Opportunity to grow into higher-level field roles Strong crew environment and field leadership
