Job Description

Job Summary We are a rapidly growing tree care company looking to add multiple Tree Service Technicians to our team. This full time, year round role will be responsible for assisting crew leaders in all facets of tree operations, including removals, trimmings, stump grinding, and clean up. Our team strives for perfection at each job site and we are looking for those who will share our pride in a job well done. This entry level position is an opportunity to learn this business from the ground up (literally). As an expanding company we have multiple career paths for those who would like to ascend within the tree care industry. Duties Assist with tree removals, pruning, stump grinding, and jobsite cleanup Handle, pile, and process branches and debris Safely operate chainsaws, chippers, loaders, stump grinders, and other equipment Transport equipment and assist with trailers Inspect and maintain tools and equipment Help keep jobsites safe, organized, and hazard-free Provide professional, courteous service to our customers Follow the direction of the crew leader and support your teammates • Requirements A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (CDL is a plus but not required) Experience pulling trailers or hauling equipment Tree service, landscaping, construction, or similar experience working outdoors Physical ability to perform demanding outdoor work A positive attitude and team-first mindset Dependability, honesty, and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and work safely Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
