Job Description •The schedule for this position is Friday-Tuesday 7:00am to 3:30pm with Wednesday and Thursday off•Job Description Position Summary Performs routine groundskeeper functions at shopping center, office building, or multi-unit residential property. This includes general maintenance duties; reports needed repairs and/or maintenance to the maintenance supervisor to help keep the community up to Company and regulated standards. Essential Job Function Maintains grounds property and common areas: Performs general clean-up; cuts lawns; trims and edges around walks, flowerbeds, and/or walls; prunes shrubs and trees to shape; rakes leaves and other yard debris; removes litter. (60%) Performs general maintenance throughout the course of daily activities which can include but is not limited to replacing light bulbs, picking-up debris, caulking, and other general repair and preservation duties; reports needed repair and/or maintenance to the maintenance supervisor. (35%) Keeps current on communication received from management on company policies and regulatory compliance, and performs duties based on those requirements; assists in non-routine maintenance activities as requested by immediate supervisor.
