OPTIONAL.Experience Proven experience in landscaping, lawn care, or related outdoor maintenance roles Strong mechanical knowledge of garden equipment, power tools, and construction machinery Familiarity with horticulture practices and plant care techniques Knowledge of hardscape installation including patios, walkways, retaining walls and other outdoor structures Experience with tree trimming, pruning techniques, and general arboriculture skills Excellent understanding of safety procedures related to landscaping equipment and construction sites Optional- Ability to operate excavators, snowplows, and other heavy machinery safely and efficientlyPay:
