Job Description

Job Summary Responsible for maintaining residential, commercial, and vacant properties by performing landscaping, exterior maintenance, and property preservation services. Ensures properties remain safe, clean, and compliant with client and municipal standards. Key Responsibilities Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and weed control. Remove debris, leaves, and trash from properties. Complete seasonal services including snow removal, salting, and leaf cleanup. Perform property preservation tasks such as securing vacant properties, changing locks, boarding windows, and winterizing homes. Conduct exterior inspections and report property conditions. Take before-and-after photos and document completed work. Operate landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, and snow removal equipment. Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles. Ensure work is completed on schedule and meets quality standards. Qualifications Experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or property preservation preferred. Ability to safely operate landscaping and power equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
