Minimum Qualifications:

Certification in landscaping or horticulture. Experience with irrigation systems and pest control. Familiarity with safety protocols related to groundskeeping equipment. Monitor grounds for hazards or maintenance needs, reporting issues promptly to supervisors to ensure safety and compliance. Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts to keep the property clean and environmentally responsible. Use basic math skills to measure areas, calculate materials needed, and maintain accurate records of work performed.
