  • Full-time Job Summary Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Lawn Care Crew Lead, where you'll take charge of overseeing daily lawn maintenance and landscaping projects.
In this energetic role, you'll lead a crew to deliver high-quality outdoor care, ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining safety and efficiency. Your leadership will inspire teamwork, promote best practices in horticulture and landscape maintenance, and help create beautiful, healthy outdoor spaces. Duties Lead and supervise a crew responsible for lawn care, landscaping, gardening, and general outdoor maintenance projects. Assign daily tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, irrigation setup, and landscape construction activities. Ensure all work meets quality standards, safety protocols, and environmental guidelines. Provide on-the-job training to team members in horticulture techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures. Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues on-site, and adapt plans to meet client expectations efficiently. Maintain equipment and tools; oversee routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and update them on project status. Skills Proven experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture with a focus on lawn care and landscaping. Strong supervising or leadership experience leading outdoor crews or teams. Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care practices, construction basics related to outdoor projects, and general maintenance techniques. Familiarity with gardening tools, landscape equipment operation, and safety standards. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for team leadership and client interactions. Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy equipment when needed.
