Job Description
Job Summary Drivers License Required• Join our dynamic Landscaping Crew and become a vital part of transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments! In this energetic role, you'll work hands-on with a variety of landscaping projects, from lawn care and garden maintenance to hardscape installation and tree trimming. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create inviting landscapes that delight clients and enhance communities. This paid position offers opportunities to develop your skills in landscape maintenance, equipment operation, and horticulture while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating to maintain healthy, lush lawns. Use hand tools and power tools to install and repair landscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and garden beds. Maintain trees through trimming, pruning, and tree care practices to promote safety and aesthetic appeal. Operate equipment such as excavators, snow plows (seasonally), and irrigation systems to support various landscaping projects. Conduct landscape maintenance activities including planting, mulching, watering, and gardening to ensure vibrant outdoor spaces. Assist with construction projects involving hardscape features or landscape structures under supervision. Support seasonal tasks like snow plowing or seasonal planting to keep landscapes pristine year-round. Experience Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or groundskeeping is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided. Basic mechanical knowledge of tools and equipment enhances your ability to perform tasks efficiently. Familiarity with lawn care techniques, landscape maintenance practices, and horticulture principles is a plus. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely and effectively. Strong work ethic with a positive attitude; willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping and construction projects. Knowledge of safety procedures related to equipment operation and outdoor work environments is advantageous.
