Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to creating beautiful landscapes. The Landscape Laborer will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' properties are well-maintained and visually appealing. This is a physically demanding role requiring a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work well as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform general landscaping duties such as planting, mulching, and edging. Assist with the installation of hardscapes including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures. Operate basic landscaping equipment like blowers, trimmers, and hand tools in a safe and efficient manner. Help with the transportation and installation of trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of soil, including aerating, fertilizing, and seeding. Ensure proper care and handling of landscaping materials and tools. Follow all safety guidelines and protocols when working with tools and equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring job sites are left neat and safe.
