We are currently looking for hardworking, reliable individuals who take pride in their work and want to be part of a team committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team that values quality workmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism, we'd love to hear from you. Pay $18-$20 per hour Opportunities for raises based on performance, reliability, and skill development Schedule Typical schedule: Sunday-Wednesday Additional hours available Thursday as workload requires Typical workday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM Seasonal full-time position Responsibilities Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing Mulch installation and flowerbed maintenance Shrub trimming and pruning Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers Landscape cleanups Loading and unloading equipment and materials Assisting with landscape installations and improvement projects Maintaining equipment and keeping work areas clean Providing high-quality service and attention to detail on every property Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable and punctual Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently as part of a team Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Ability to arrive at work on time and ready to work each day Preferred Qualifications Previous landscaping experience Lawn maintenance experience Experience operating commercial mowers, trimmers, and blowers Valid driver's license Experience towing trailers Experience operating skid steers or compact equipment Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Previous crew leadership experience is a plus Why Work With Us?
