Our design/build firm has served Central Illinois for 45 years. Without a doubt the biggest key to our success has been our employees. We are seeking a well rounded individual who can learn on their feet, are self motivated, and have an attention for detail. Qualifications Valid drivers license Dependable Applicable experience a plus but not required Someone who takes pride in their work and works well with a team Duties Load out trucks for each job Interpret drawings Installation (Plants, edging, rock, mulch, hardscaping, etc.) Ability to lift 50-75 lbs Trimming Bobcat and small machine operation Trimming and Cleanup Monday-Friday 8-4:30PM Benefits Matching 401k Paid vacation Christmas bonus Paid holidays- 2 paid days each for the 4th of July and Thanksgiving Annual performance reviews and raises Starting salary based on experience.
