The Buildings and Grounds worker is responsible for assisting with all grounds related work, setups and furniture moves, custodial duties and all other maintenance duties. The position reports to the Grounds Supervisor. Assist with all exterior grounds work including mowing, weeding, pruning, trash pick-up, mulching and snow removal. Manage miscellaneous projects around various properties with minimal oversight. Maintain Buildings & Grounds equipment and other tools in a safe clean working order. Understand and adhere to all company safety procedures and participate in safety training Perform all other duties as assigned by the Grounds Supervisor. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. One year of related employment preferred. Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. required. Ability to work with minimal supervision required. Must be able to communicate effectively. Valid driver's license with clean driving record required.
