• Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead and oversee outdoor landscaping projects with enthusiasm and precision.

In this role, you will manage a team of skilled workers, coordinate landscape maintenance activities, and ensure that all projects meet high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Your leadership will inspire a team to deliver exceptional outdoor environments, from garden design to turf care and construction. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance, including lawn care, gardening, pruning, planting, and irrigation system installation and repair Lead landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget and specifications Oversee tree care operations such as trimming, removal, and health assessments to promote healthy growth Manage construction activities related to landscape installations, hardscaping, and site improvements Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during operations Provide guidance on horticulture best practices and maintain high-quality standards across all work sites Conduct regular inspections of equipment, tools, and work sites to ensure proper maintenance and safety compliance Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or related fields with a strong background in lawn care, gardening, or horticulture Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care techniques, and general landscape construction methods Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively Familiarity with landscape maintenance equipment and tools; ability to perform basic repairs when needed Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and vendors Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Join us as a Landscape Foreman and be part of a passionate team dedicated to transforming outdoor spaces into stunning landscapes.
