Maintenance / Groundskeeper

Job Summary:

Installing or replacing blinds and light bulbs Hanging closet doors Changing door knobs and air filters Picking up trash and maintaining overall property cleanliness Moving and replacing appliances as needed Performing minor repairs and general maintenance tasks

$$18.00 / hr - $20.00 / hr

Schedule :

8:00 AM to 5:00

PM Monday-Friday Qualifications:

Ability to be on your feet for the entirety of the shift, may also be bending, stooping, or squatting Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must work and interact effectively and professionally with others on the team Maintain regular and punctual attendance Must comply with quality standards Excellent communication skills and professionalism Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative environment Ability to remain calm and receptive in fast paced situations Experience required: Previous maintenance/groundskeeping experience strongly preferred How to apply: Complete our online application Send your resume to Jobs.
