Responsibilities Lead and support a mowing crew to complete daily routes safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards Operate commercial zero-turn and stand-on mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers Mow, edge, trim, and clean up residential and commercial properties with attention to detail Set daily expectations, delegate tasks, and keep the crew on schedule Inspect completed work to ensure clean mowing patterns, crisp edges, and professional finishes Train and coach crew members on proper equipment operation, safety procedures, and quality expectations Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or repair needs promptly Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including trucks, trailers, and job sites Communicate clearly with management and crew members about schedules, property needs, materials, equipment concerns, or customer issues Represent the company professionally at every client property Qualifications Minimum 1+ year of verifiable professional experience in residential or commercial mowing (more preferred) Previous experience leading a crew or training team members preferred Strong experience operating commercial-grade mowing equipment, including zero-turn or stand-on mowers Valid drivers license High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding work Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship Mandatory drug screening and 7-year background check Benefits Consistent, year-round work Four-day work week, 10-hour days (weather dependent) Paid time off with immediate accrual Retirement plan Uniforms provided Ongoing equipment training and professional development Career advancement opportunities A respectful, team-oriented work environment Core Values We Hire By F lexible (Swiss Army Knife We adapt, we find a way, we dont make excuses.)
