Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to keep grounds healthy and attractive Operate ground maintenance and landscaping equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and power tools safely and efficiently Identify plants accurately to ensure proper care and pest management strategies are applied effectively Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues promptly Conduct landscape installations including hardscape features like patios, walkways, and retaining walls Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor activities to prevent accidents and injuries Perform seasonal tasks such as snow plowing or leaf removal to maintain year-round landscape aesthetics Qualifications Proven outdoor work experience with knowledge of landscape maintenance practices Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and power tools Ability to identify various plants, trees, and pests for effective horticultural care Familiarity with pesticide management and safety procedures Strong understanding of grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, and gardening techniques Experience operating irrigation systems and troubleshooting related issues Knowledge of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant landscapes!
