In this energetic role, you will lead a team of skilled landscapers to deliver exceptional landscape maintenance, gardening, and lawn care services. Your leadership will ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in horticulture, tree care, irrigation, and construction while inspiring your team to excel every day. Duties Lead and supervise a crew of landscapers in performing landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, and construction projects. Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects. Oversee the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems, trees, shrubs, and other plantings with precision and care. Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets safety standards and client expectations. Support team members with technical guidance on horticulture practices, equipment operation, and safety protocols. Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies; ensure proper maintenance and safe operation at all times. Communicate effectively with clients to understand project needs and provide excellent customer service. Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, or related fields. Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments. Strong knowledge of horticulture, gardening techniques, tree care, irrigation systems, and general landscape construction. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward shared goals. Familiarity with landscape maintenance equipment and tools; ability to perform basic repairs if needed. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients.
