Essential Job Functions:

Maintains the grounds of the assigned property. Cleans the exterior, hallways and breezeways of the interior common halls, and surroundings of each building. Performs daily grounds routines. Responsible for daily removal/clearing of snow, trash and debris. Perform general cleaning and sanitation duties. Paint touch-up as necessary. Collect all debris around buildings and within breezeways, around amenities, leasing office, parking lots and other common areas.

Qualifications:

Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship. Valid driver's license preferred. Must have reliable transportation. Ability to pass a criminal background check is required.
