Responsibilities Assist with landscape maintenance such as planting, pruning, mulching, and weed control to enhance outdoor aesthetics. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for tasks like trimming trees, installing hardscape features, or maintaining gardens. Support excavation and construction projects using equipment like excavators or other machinery to install features such as patios or retaining walls. Conduct snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients and team members. Collaborate with team members on tree care including trimming, pruning, and removal to promote healthy growth and safety. Qualifications Prior experience or strong interest in landscaping, gardening, or groundskeeping is preferred but not required. Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with land management equipment such as excavators or snow plows is a plus. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely; experience with lawn care equipment is advantageous. Basic understanding of horticulture principles and landscape maintenance techniques. Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods. Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping and construction projects. Valid driver's license preferred but not required.
