Mowing Crew

Jeffersonville, IN / Louisville, KY Pay $18.00+ per hour (based on experience) Job Type Full-Time Landscaping / Lawn Care This position focuses on commercial and residential lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and property maintenance using professional equipment. We are looking for reliable individuals who take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, and can follow direction from a Crew Leader or Supervisor. Key Responsibilities Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing for residential and commercial properties Operate commercial zero-turn mowers, stand-on mowers, trimmers, and blowers Maintain clean, professional-looking properties after each service Follow instructions from Crew Leader / Supervisor Complete daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Ensure all sidewalks, driveways, patios, and hard surfaces are clean after service Provide professional and courteous customer service when interacting with clients Requirements Minimum 1+ years lawn care / landscaping / mowing experience required Experience with commercial mowing equipment (zero-turn, stand-on mowers) Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to follow direction and work within a team Clean driving record (required) Ability to pass background check (required) Reliable transportation to shop location Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Strong work ethic and dependability Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) Experience in landscape maintenance or turf care Interest in obtaining pesticide or turf application licenses Previous experience on a professional mowing crew Benefits Competitive pay starting at $18+/hour based on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Company Retirement Plan Overtime opportunities Career advancement into Crew Leader, Turf Technician, or Management roles Training and support for licensing and certifications (turf & plant healthcare) Career Growth Opportunities We promote from within.
