Full-time, year-round About the role Robbins Outdoors is a growing landscaping company hiring dependable crew members to maintain the grounds at a commercial site in the Lebanon, Indiana area. This is steady, year-round work. You will handle landscaping and grounds maintenance through the warmer months and snow removal in winter, so there is no seasonal layoff. What you will do Operate a zero-turn mower to maintain large grounds efficiently and safely Trim and edge to deliver a clean, finished look on every property Install and spread mulch in beds and landscaped areas Operate a skid steer or Bobcat-type machine as needed Perform snow removal during the winter months Keep equipment clean, fueled, and ready, and report any maintenance issues Schedule 3 to 4 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift, Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed. Hours are weather-dependent, which is normal for outdoor grounds and snow work. Expect roughly 36 to 48 hours in a typical week, with overtime available on the busier weeks.
