Overview Join our dynamic team as a Crew Member and become a vital part of creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces! In this energetic role, you will assist with a variety of landscaping, lawn care, and maintenance tasks that keep our clients' properties thriving. Whether you're passionate about gardening, skilled with hand tools, or eager to learn about construction and equipment operation, this position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and grow your career in outdoor maintenance and landscape services. Paid training is provided to ensure you succeed and enjoy your work every day! Responsibilities Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to enhance property aesthetics Operate hand tools and power tools safely for various landscaping projects including trimming, planting, and soil preparation Support lawn care activities like aeration, fertilization, and irrigation system installation or repair Help with snow plowing and de-icing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients Participate in hardscape projects involving the installation of patios, walkways, or retaining walls under supervision Conduct routine equipment maintenance and basic repairs on tools such as excavators or other landscaping machinery Collaborate with team members on tree care tasks including trimming, pruning, or removal using appropriate techniques and equipment Skills Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and construction Experience or interest in lawn care, gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance Ability to operate small machinery such as excavators or other construction equipment (training provided if needed) Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and pruning techniques Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety procedures during equipment operation and manual tasks Good communication skills to work effectively within a team environment Willingness to learn about irrigation systems, hardscape installations, snow plowing, and other outdoor maintenance disciplines Join us to build a rewarding career where your hands-on skills make a real difference!
