Blackthorn Golf Club is seeking a reliable, hardworking Grounds Maintenance Worker to help maintain the overall appearance, playability, and health of our golf course. This position plays a key role in providing golfers with an exceptional on-course experience by ensuring turf, landscaping, and course features are kept in top condition.

Responsibilities:

Mow greens, tees, fairways, rough, and other turf areas Rake bunkers and maintain proper sand depth and condition Operate and maintain golf course equipment Assist with irrigation system operation Perform course setup duties including moving tee markers, cutting cups, and setting pins Repair ball marks, divots, and other turf damage Keep maintenance facility and equipment clean and organized Follow all safety procedures and properly use personal protective equipment

Qualifications:

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as a part of a team Willing to work early mornings and some weekends
