Description:
Lincoln Hills Development Corporation (LHDC) has an opening for a nonexempt full-time (35 hours per week) Landscape Technician based in Tell City, IN. This position requires travel to multiple LHDC locations depending on need with mowing and maintenance at properties located within Crawford, Dubois, Harrison, Perry, Spencer, and Warrick Counties. The role includes but is not limited to grounds maintenance, mowing, trimming, weed control, equipment maintenance, and assisting with maintaining the overall appearance of assigned LHDC Properties. During times of rain or during winter months, this position will assist with general maintenance such as cleaning and preparing units to rent, light plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor repairs. Applicants must be able to work well with the public.
Requirements:
High School graduate or equivalent required. Previous experience or training in grounds and essential residential maintenance is preferred. Must possess a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance and travel locally and out-of-area as necessary. LHDC works a 4-day work week Monday to Thursday.
