Job Overview Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Landscape Crew Member and be part of transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments! In this energetic role, you will assist with a variety of landscape maintenance and construction projects, ensuring high-quality results that exceed client expectations. Responsibilities Assist with lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain pristine turf areas. Support landscape maintenance activities including planting, pruning, and shrubbery care. Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently to complete various landscaping projects. Help install hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures. Perform tree care duties such as trimming, pruning, and basic tree removal under supervision. Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting for leaks or malfunctions and assisting with repairs. Support snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safe access for clients and staff. Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping. Experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture preferred. If you have superior knowledge (boots on the ground, ready to go on day 1, there is a $500 bonus available) Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or other construction machinery is a plus. Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently. Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping, tree care, irrigation systems, and hardscape installation. Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions; ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labor as needed.
