Job Description
Job Overview Join our team at Zoombro Lawn Care to help us mow and maintain yards weekly. The job is predominantly mowing/clean up (edging, blowing) with the occasional landscape jobs, snow removal, etc. We operate Monday through Friday, approximately 8 hour days depending on efficiency with the possibility of weekends. Responsibilities Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools to maintain lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas with precision and care Occasional landscape jobs including pruning, shrubbery trimming and laying mulch/rock Conduct groundskeeping duties such as leaf removal in the fall and salting and snow plowing during winter months Identify various plants, trees, and pests; apply pesticides responsibly following safety protocols when necessary Maintain safety standards by adhering to all safety protocols during equipment operation and outdoor work activities Qualifications Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment operation Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques including mowing, gardening, and hardscape upkeep Experience handling hand tools, power tools, and groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently Strong work ethic with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions Ability to drive truck and trailer safely, preferred but not required Clean driving record Able to pass drug test We are hoping to find an employee who can work efficiently, enjoys outdoor work and is reliable with some flexibility on schedule as longer hours and weekends are possible due to weather — apply now to become a key part of our dedicated team!
