Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Landscape Technician to join our team. The Landscape Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and enhancing outdoor living spaces for residential and/or commercial properties. This role requires hands-on work, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team in various weather conditions. Key Responsibilities Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and weeding Install plants, trees, shrubs, sod, mulch, and landscape materials Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and small machinery Assist with irrigation system installation, repairs, and seasonal adjustments Assist with hardscaping projects Apply fertilizers, soil treatments, and pest control products as directed Remove debris and maintain clean, safe job sites Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Provide courteous and professional service to clients Qualifications & Skills Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred (training may be provided) Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Basic knowledge of plants, turf, and landscaping practices is a plus Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment safely Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail Valid driver's license preferred Work Environment Outdoor work in residential and/or commercial settings Physically demanding role involving standing, walking, bending, and lifting Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Training and advancement opportunities
