We have an opening for a Groundskeeper. Pay $16.50 and up, based on experience Lakeview Groundskeepers are responsible for care and maintenance of the grounds at Lakeview Village so as to make the community aesthetically pleasing and desirable place to live. Current, unrestricted, valid driver's license. Must be 18 years of age or older due to Federal Regulations on certain equipment used in this position. Possesses an empathetic approach to the elderly. Able to work in a team setting with residents, relatives, staff, and others. Able to meet the physical demands of the job.
