Grounds Maintenance

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Lawn & Garden Maintenance Assistant to join our team. This role involves maintaining both residential and commercial properties, ensuring landscapes are healthy, clean, and well-kept year-round. Attention to detail is a must! Perform routine lawn and garden maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, and clean-ups Prune shrubs, hedges, and small trees to maintain proper shape and health Weed removal and bed maintenance Apply mulch and top dressing as needed Seasonal clean-ups (spring, fall, storm debris) Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Work safely and efficiently, following all company and industry standards Valid driver's license Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience in lawn, garden, or grounds maintenance preferred Ability to work outdoors in all weather condition Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Scheduled work hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm; Saturdays as needed.
