Job Description

Landscaping Crew Member Newton, KS & Surrounding Areas $16 - $19/hr | Full-Time Green Growers Landscaping is seeking hardworking and reliable Landscaping Crew Member to join our team! If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in a job well done, and want to be part of a team that values quality and efficiency, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Assist in landscape installations, including planting, mulching, and sod laying ✅ Support hardscaping projects such as patio installation and retaining walls ✅ Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and effectively ✅ Load, unload, and transport plants/materials as needed ✅ Follow all safety protocols and work efficiently in various weather conditions ✅ Maintain a clean and organized work environment
What We're Looking For:
A strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to lift and carry 50-70 lbs without assistance Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions Previous landscaping or general labor experience is a plus but not required A team player who takes direction well and works efficiently Basic to strong mechanical skills or troubleshooting/handy type skills
Job Details:
Full-time | 30-35 hours per week depending on weather 30-minute paid lunch break Monday - Friday schedule Year-round work but down during coldest weeks during winter If you're looking for a hands-on, rewarding job with a great team, apply today!
