Run daily routes efficiently, keeping the crew on schedule and on task Perform and oversee all landscaping services- mulching, bush trimming, weeding, and property clean ups. Train and direct your crew members, setting the pace and standard for the day Communicate professionally with customers on-site when preforming walk throughs after every job. Inspect and maintain equipment, along with keeping your equipment and truck clean — report issues before they become problems Drive quality and productivity — your pay is tied to the revenue your crew produces Pay structure Performance-based pay — earn 33% of your crew's labor revenue with a guaranteed base floor. The more efficiently your crew works, the more you earn. What you will do as a Crew Member . Works alongside the Crew Lead to deliver clean, polished landscaping results on every property. No experience required — we'll train you. What you'll do Install and spread mulch in beds, ensuring clean edges and even coverage Trim and shape bushes and shrubs to keep properties looking sharp and well-maintained Pull weeds from beds, cracks, and borders — leaving properties clean and tidy Perform full property clean-ups including debris removal, leaf clearing, and hauling Work at a steady pace to help the crew stay on schedule and hit production goals Pay attention to detail — every bed, shrub, and border should look finished and professional Show up ready to learn and grow — Crew Lead opportunities available for strong performers Requirements Must be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States Valid U.S. driver's license required Must be able to pass a background check Must be 18 years of age or older Able to lift and carry 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the workday Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions — heat, humidity, and cold
