Job Description
We are searching for a talented and dedicated Lawn Crew Leaders to join our team. You will perform a range of duties including managing mow crew, quality control properties, mowing, trimming, blowing, maintaining the landscape design, removing weeds and dead plants, etc. with our top-of-the-line equipment. As the leader, you will ensure the quality of work completed by your crew and that it is done in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be responsible, detail oriented, and a team player.
Responsibilities:
- Manage crew
- Quality control properties
- Follow schedule and ensure properties are completed in a timely manner
- Mowing, trimming, and blowing on a weekly basis
- Mulch installation
- Spring/Fall clean up
- Apply fertilizer to help enhance growth
- Remove weeds and plants
- Trim overgrown limbs and hedges
- Leaf removal
Off Season:
snow removalRequirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Driver's license with ability to drive company truck with trailer
- Ability to operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Good stamina and physical health
