Groundskeeper Join the Lauth Communities Team! Lauth Communities is looking for a dependable, motivated Groundskeeper to join our Drake team. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in keeping a community looking its best, and are interested in building a career in apartment maintenance, this could be a great opportunity for you. You'll work alongside our maintenance team while gaining hands-on experience with apartment turnovers, grounds and amenity upkeep, resident service requests, and general property maintenance. What You'll Do Your responsibilities will include: Assist with apartment make-ready and turnover maintenance Keep community grounds clean and well-maintained, including daily debris removal and light landscaping Help maintain community amenities, including swimming pool, pool deck, and common areas Perform light exterior property maintenance Assist with resident service requests, including basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs Communicate daily with the Maintenance Supervisor regarding service requests and apartment turnover progress Accurately update the status of assigned work and service requests Assist with snow removal and sidewalk salting during inclement weather Help ensure the community maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming appearance for our residents What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands that great maintenance is also great customer service.
