Overview Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Mower/Landscaper and bring outdoor spaces to life with your energy and skill! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful lawns, gardens, and landscapes through precise mowing, trimming, edging, and planting. Your enthusiasm for outdoor work and attention to detail will help create inviting environments that enhance the beauty and functionality of residential or commercial properties. Responsibilities Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently to maintain high-quality grounds. Mow lawns to specified heights, ensuring even cuts and a polished appearance. Trim shrubs, hedges, trees, and flower beds to maintain aesthetic appeal and health. Edge walkways, driveways, flower beds, and other landscape features for a clean finish. Assist with planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery according to project plans or client requests. Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Collaborate with team members to complete landscaping projects on time while adhering to safety standards. Qualifications Prior experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is highly valued. Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers confidently. Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Attention to detail with a focus on safety procedures during equipment use and landscape maintenance. Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
