Job Description
Job Requirements Must have experience in outdoor landscaping/grounds maintenance. Must be able to work in all weather climates. Must have a good driving record, in order to operate company vehicles. Must be able to meet quality standards in all operations, and be professional in day to day contact with clients. Job Responsibilities The grounds tech is responsible for performing trash pickup, landscaping and grounds maintenance, providing a safe, clean aesthetically appealing environment. Operate a mower, weed-eater, and backpack blower on numerous properties of size. Maintain all equipment to company maintenance schedules. Performs regular and directed ground sweeps of all properties. Work cross-functionally with the maintenance department when needed. Hours required for position are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
