Job Summary We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Lawn Maintenance and Landscape Installation Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be actively involved in maintaining and installing landscapes, utilizing a variety of tools and equipment to ensure every project exceeds expectations. Your enthusiasm for outdoor work and commitment to safety will help us deliver exceptional results on every job. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning to keep outdoor spaces healthy and attractive Assist with landscape installation projects, including planting, hardscape construction, and soil preparation Operate grounds maintenance equipment including power tools, lawnmowers, excavators, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently Identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to ensure proper care and health of landscapes Manage irrigation systems for optimal watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor activities to prevent accidents or injuries Support snow plowing and winter maintenance tasks during seasonal changes when required Skills Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and power tools Experience with landscape maintenance, gardening, and groundskeeping practices Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other landscaping machinery safely Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture principles, and pesticide management practices Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting techniques Construction experience or background in hardscape projects is a plus Outdoor work experience with a focus on safety protocol adherence and environmental awareness Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to transforming outdoor spaces!
