Outdoor Lawn and Garden

Our company is seeking a skilled and motivated Outdoor Lawn and Garden Employee to maintain and improve our outdoor spaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure our outdoor areas are well-maintained, safe, and visually appealing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working outdoors, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, and fertilizing Plant, prune, and maintain trees, shrubs, and other landscaping features Perform seasonal tasks such as snow removal and leaf removal Operate and maintain outdoor equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operation of the company

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in lawn and garden maintenance or a related field Knowledge of lawn care and landscaping techniques Ability to operate and maintain outdoor equipment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Strong communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time
