The Farm RV Resort is looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to help maintain our beautiful campground grounds. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in keeping property looking its best, and is comfortable performing routine grounds maintenance.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate weed eaters, blowers, and other lawn maintenance equipment. Trim grass, weeds, and overgrown areas around campsites, buildings, roads, and common areas. Maintain a clean and attractive appearance throughout the resort. Pick up litter and debris around the property. Assist with mowing, landscaping, and general grounds upkeep. Maintain flower beds, landscaping areas, and outdoor spaces. Assist with campground setup, cleanup, and special events as needed. Report maintenance concerns, damaged equipment, or safety hazards. Perform other general maintenance duties as assigned.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

Reliable, dependable, and takes pride in their work. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Able to operate basic lawn equipment safely. Physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform outdoor labor. Detail-oriented and able to work independently. Willing to help wherever needed. Has previous landscaping, lawn care, or grounds maintenance experience (preferred but not required).

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be dependable and able to work scheduled shifts. Must pass a background check. Must be drug-free. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.
