This vital role involves performing a variety of custodial, maintenance, and groundskeeping tasks to ensure a welcoming and well-maintained environment for staff, visitors, and children. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding high standards of cleanliness and safety across all areas of the property. Responsibilities Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and painting tasks. Maintain all areas, maintenance buildings, and other grounds-related workspaces in clean, organized, and safe conditions. Maintain school grounds - Regularly clean outside building entries and general trash pickup throughout campus, including athletic fields, parking lots, playgrounds, etc. Weed, mulch, seed, mow, trim trees and bushes, and water plants. Assist with campus setup, breakdown, and preparation for training sessions, matches/games, and events (inside and out) as required. Perform maintenance and custodial duties (e.g., cleaning, emptying trash, etc.) Snow removal and spreading salt across the campus. Other duties as assigned.
