Duties Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers to maintain lawns and gardens. Assist with mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal of landscapes. Support landscape maintenance tasks including planting, mulching, fertilizing, and watering to promote lush greenery. Conduct tree care activities such as trimming or removal under supervision, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris, leaves, and clippings to uphold professional standards. Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping. Prior experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred. Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or snow plows is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning new skills in construction, tree care, irrigation systems, or hardscape installation.
