Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and bring outdoor spaces to life with your energy and skill! In this role, you will be an essential part of creating, maintaining, and enhancing beautiful landscapes for a variety of clients. Your hands-on work will involve operating equipment, using hand tools, and performing landscape maintenance tasks that transform outdoor environments into inviting, functional spaces. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in horticulture, landscaping, and construction while contributing to projects that make a lasting impact. Duties Assist with landscape installation projects, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers with precision and care Operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, mowers, and excavators to complete landscaping tasks efficiently Maintain landscape features through pruning, tree trimming, and hedge shaping to promote growth and aesthetics Support irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure proper watering of landscapes Conduct landscape maintenance routines including weeding, mulching, and hardscape repairs to sustain outdoor beauty Assist with minor exterior construction like fences, patios, and outdoor kitchen areas. Experience Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or related outdoor maintenance roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for operating construction equipment such as excavators and power tools safely and effectively Familiarity with horticulture practices including gardening techniques and tree care enhances job performance Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards is essential Strong attention to detail and physical stamina are important for completing tasks efficiently and accurately Join us to cultivate stunning landscapes while honing your skills in landscaping, horticulture, construction, and maintenance.
